New blog about WFPB diet and knitting

Hello it’s January 2, 2019! This is the start of what I hope is a happy and healthy new year, and of course, the start of my brand new blog. I’ll be discussing my weightloss on a mostly whole food plant based diet. So far, I’ve  lost 30 pounds since August 2018. However, Thanksgiving and Christmas   slightly derailed the WFPB diet,  but now I’m back in the game and winning! I’ll also be discussing my love of knitting, which I finally learned to do via YouTube videos. I’ve knit several sweaters and tons of socks, and a few hats. I love knitting with beautiful colors of wool. I’m working on another sweater at the moment and loving it so far. But, it is a slow and steady process. Ok. I think that’s probably enough for today, let’s see what tomorrow brings.
